Composition:
Each tablet contains micronised prednisolone USP 5 mg and 20mg
General Description:
ADAM 33™ is a synthetic glucocorticoid (short acting glucocorticoid) which is easily absorbed due to its micronised property from the gastro-intestinal tract. Glucocorticoid successfully suppresses inflammation including prostaglandin, histamines and liposomal enzymes and suppresses immune system too. It has 4 times the anti-inflammatory property and 0.8 times the salt – retaining potency of the natural adrenocortical hormone, hydrocortisone.
In general, ADAM 33™ dosage depends on the severity of the condition and the response of the patient.

Rheumatoid Arthritis
Serious cases of Dermatitis
Hypersensitivity reactions to drug or chemicals
Allergic or inflammatory conditions of the eyes and nose
Nephritic syndrome
Serious fungal, viral, or bacterial infection. Since Adam 33 reduces the immune response.
Gastric & duodenal ulcers
Glaucoma
Hypersensitivity to glucocorticoids
